If you purchase Pro access, payment is currently processed by PayPal. By making a payment, you also agree to PayPal’s applicable terms and policies.

Refund requests, disputes, and payment management may be handled through PayPal where applicable. GPT DEL may review refund requests individually, but no automatic refund policy is guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the website.
GPT DEL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all browser versions, or compatibility with future changes to ChatGPT.
Deleting conversations through GPT DEL may be permanent. Deleted chats may not be recoverable. You are solely responsible for reviewing your selections before using delete features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT DEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of conversations, loss of business, or downtime arising from the use of the extension or website.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of GPT DEL at any time, with or without notice.
